VENUE RENTAL WEDDING PRICING:

CEREMONY + RECEPTION, LUNCHEON + RECEPTION, OR RECEPTION ONLY:
*Standard Time Frame is for 10 Hours: 12-10PM. All guests gone by 10PM. Includes access to all indoor and outdoor areas for the full time frame*
Saturday Base Rental (10 hrs)- $3750
Friday Base Rental (10 hrs- $3500
Monday-Thursday Base Rental (10 hrs)- $3350
Monday-Thursday Reception Only (6 Hours)- $2750
(Non-refundable booking deposit of $1500 due at booking. Beer and wine allowed for $600, OR no drink restrictions for $800)
In order to make your day less stressful, we can take care of the hard stuff for just a few more bucks!
-Table and Chair Setup (Setup done before arrival at venue), Takedown and Post Event Cleaning done by Venue Staff- $300

PLEASE NOTE: Our Rated Capacity for our main hall is 165, but seats up to 120 at tables comfortably. Most groups do seating for around 80-100 to allow for extra space for dancing, etc. Otherwise, there’s plenty of room outside for additional seating!

NON- WEDDING/RECEPTION EVENTS
For our clients who are looking for hourly/individual room rentals for non-wedding/wedding reception events, we offer a competitive hourly rate starting at only $125/hr (pricing varies). PLEASE NOTE: During our peak wedding season (April-October), hourly/individual room rentals are limited to WEEKDAYS only, with weekends being offered strictly on a CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. Thank you!
