After opening Mill Pond Farms Events in 2014, we quickly began to realize the benefit and necessity of truly making your Utah wedding day yours. We pride ourselves in the ability for you to choose which wedding or event options you feel will ensure your special day is as stress-free as possible. At our venue, we understand the importance of finding an affordable wedding venue that doesn’t compromise on elegance and charm. We take pride in providing one of the most sought-after affordable wedding venues & event centers in Utah, where you can create the perfect wedding without breaking the bank.



Saturday Rental- $2950

Friday Rental- $2800

Monday-Thursday- $2650

(Winter discounts available November-March)


In order to make your day less stressful, we can take care of the hard stuff for just a few more bucks!
-Table and Chair Setup, Takedown and Post Event Cleaning- $300

-Linens and Runners for 15 tables- $375


Additional Decor Options:

-Centerpieces for 10 tables-~$250-$300

-Ceremony Backdrop Decor- ~$350

-Ceremony Aisle Decor- ~$350

-We can also do place settings, decor/floral for backdrops, ceremony aisle decor and more! Contact for pricing.

(NOTE: These services will be done BEFORE your arrival at the venue to help save you on time and stress!)


Booking Deposit and Additional Info:

-A non-refundable booking deposit of $1500 is due at time of booking. We accept all payment forms.


Beer and wine can also be served for an additional $600. A licensed/insured bartender is strongly recommended and price does not include drinks or bartender.

NOTE: Rated Capacity for our main hall is 165, but seats 112 at tables comfortably. Most groups do seating for around 80 to allow for extra space for dancing, etc. Otherwise, there’s plenty of room outside for additional seating.

*Also, certain pets/animals are allowed with permission, but restrictions apply.*



For our clients who are looking for a smaller space during the week for their Utah events, please call for specific hourly pricing. Hourly pricing ranges from $125-$350/hr. Thank you!
