The event space building is nice with indoor and outdoor amenities. Restrooms inside and outside and kitchen access for in or out. The outside is rustic farm. Brick pavers and railroad ties, gravel, grass and beautiful trees, large swings. Inside is more farmhouse traditional with rustic hints and accents. Wood floor and wood accent wall. Lots of windows for natural light but plenty of lighting inside as well. The only thing I disliked was the layout inside. It is one large room with a hinted room divide to define the spaces. The restrooms are very close to the kitchen leaving a tight wall space to place tables for food, and awkward for people getting to the restroom. Although I didn't tour the actual farm house, it was absolutely charming from what I did see.

In addition to our one large main hall, and as you mentioned, is also the original 1850s farmhouse! Many wedding guests don't realize it's accessible 🙂 It's actually where our large bridal and groom suites are located, along with another kitchen and 2 more bathrooms! Definitely come back another time and we'd love to show you around the farmhouse! Also, groups can move the tables to a different part of the main hall to be a little further from the bathrooms in the main hall as desired. Thank you again and thanks for the feedback!

My husband and I had our wedding of about 120 guests here last month. It's a nice venue! We chose it because it had indoor and outdoor options so we could make quick plan adjustments for weather if needed. Owner Kevin answered any questions we had throughout the planning process and was attentive to our needs on wedding day. Setup and tear down went smoothly and the wagon ride was a hit for kids and adults alike. I'm glad to say there were no wedding day disasters here! Would recommend.

In my experience over the last year working with Kevin and Mill Pond Farms events I’ve continually been impressed. They keep this venue beautifully tended too. It’s always clean and enviting. The grounds and landscaping are done so well and this is the perfect venue for weddings and other events. Kevin has been easy to work with, clear in communication and willing to accommodate guests. Our daughter just got married September 20th. This venue is beautidul. It was everything she wanted. Kevin was great to work with. She was so happy with how everything turned out. We Loved that there is an outdoor area and indoor area that could be used. We were so lucky to have perfect weather so the ceremony and reception we did outside and the dinner we did inside. It was perfect!

Pretty awesome place to have party. The AC struggles to keep up with large groups. Beautiful and pretty peaceful even with the highway nearby. There weren't really any bugs.

Response from the owner:Thank you for the great review! We work hard to keep the bugs at a minimum and the grounds looking beautiful, so thank you! And I’m sorry the AC didn’t seem like it was keeping up better. In the heat of the summer, it can be a little tricky keeping the venue cool. We make sure to cool the venue down to 65 degrees before each event, but with it being just shy of 100 degrees that day and with lots of people inside (plus doors opening and closing throughout the duration of the event), I’m confident the AC was doing the best it could. We do appreciate the feedback though and hope to see you back for a future event!

I will come back and edit with review with photos BUT 5 stars all the way. This venue is everything you could ever want. We just did our 5 year vow renewal as a formal wedding on May 27th. Kevin and his wife and staff were single handedly the best part of the wedding. Everything was easy. Everything was wonderful. The venue has such a wide variety of photography options and inspirations my Photographer was in heaven. Kevin was so easy to work with and the venue looked beautiful when we arrived. I highly suggest that you pay to have the tables/chairs/linens done for you. We had no stress day of the ceremony. The weather was gorgeous and just in case the indoor/outdoor space is perfect if the weather turns on you. We had almost 100 people and it was never crowded. The audio/visual system worked flawlessly!! This venue was a dream. I could talk and talk about it. I am from Las Vegas and we have nothing like this here for even 1/4 of the price. The affordability of this place is a huge plus. Being able to have a dream wedding at any stage of your life on a budget that won't start you off in huge amounts of debt is such an opportunity. Kevin, Chelsea, and everyone at Mill Pond THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of you all.
