After opening Mill Pond Farms Events in 2014, we quickly began to realize the benefit and necessity of truly making your Utah wedding day yours. We pride ourselves in the ability for you to choose which wedding or event options you feel will ensure your special day is as stress-free as possible. VENUE RENTAL PRICING
CEREMONY + RECEPTION, LUNCHEON + RECEPTION, OR RECEPTION ONLY:
(Standard Time Frame is for 9 Hours: 1-10PM. All guests gone by 10PM. Time frame can be split up for off-premise ceremonies)
Saturday Base Rental- $3500
Friday Base Rental- $3350
Monday-Thursday Base Rental- $3100
Monday-Thursday Reception Only (6 Hours)- $2500
(Non-refundable booking deposit of $1500 due at booking. Beer and wine allowed for $600, or no drink restrictions for $800)
In order to make your day less stressful, we can take care of the hard stuff for just a few more bucks!
-Table and Chair Setup (Setup done before arrival at venue), Takedown and Post Event Cleaning done by Venue Staff- $300

NOTE: Rated Capacity for our main hall is 165, but seats 112 at tables comfortably. Most groups do seating for around 80 to allow for extra space for dancing, etc. Otherwise, there’s plenty of room outside for additional seating.

SMALL NON- WEDDING WEEKDAY EVENTS
For our clients who are looking for a smaller space during the week for their non-wedding Utah events, please call for specific hourly pricing. Hourly pricing ranges from $150-$400/hr. Thank you!
